1. The Phygital Nature of Art

KIMONO ZEN provides unique, one-of-a-kind physical art pieces created from upcycled vintage Japanese silk. Each physical piece is accompanied by a Digital Ownership Certificate (Digital Archive entry). The ownership of the physical piece grants the owner the right to be recorded in the official KIMONO ZEN provenance registry.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including motif designs, high-resolution imagery, and the KIMONO ZEN brand, is the intellectual property of KIMONO ZEN. Purchase of a physical piece does not grant the owner the right to commercially reproduce the artwork or the digital assets associated with it.

3. Sales and Authenticity

All sales conducted through third-party platforms (such as eBay) are subject to that platform's terms. KIMONO ZEN is responsible for the authenticity of the artwork and the verification system provided on kimonozen.art. Due to the vintage nature of the materials, minor imperfections are part of the artistic value and history of the piece.

4. Provenance Registry

The provenance registry on kimonozen.art is provided to maintain the historical record of each piece. While we aim for 100% uptime, KIMONO ZEN is not liable for temporary service interruptions.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy as much as we value art. This policy outlines how we handle the minimal data we collect.

1. Information Collection

When you use the "Claim Ownership" gate on kimonozen.art, we collect:

• Unique Serial Number (from your physical card)
• Digital Wallet Address (to associate with the provenance record)
• Optional Email Address (if provided for notification purposes)

2. Use of Information

The collected information is used strictly to verify your ownership and maintain the digital provenance record. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your digital records. Your wallet address is stored solely for the purpose of identifying the current holder in the public-facing archive.

4. Your Rights

You may request the removal of your email or wallet address from our active database at any time by contacting our support through official channels.
